-Comfort-

Just had a lousy week at work last Friday. Those of you who have been talking to me will know what I mean. but praise God my duty went well. At least as Hotel 2, I communicated properly with Hotel 1 though our messages were ahem..a bit long. Hee..

Sunday arrived and it was one enjoyable evening fellowshipping with Qing Ni, Jasmine and Shan. It had been a long time since the 4 of us went out together. Dinner was a simple affair at Sakae Sushi followed by shopping. It might be unbelievable but I did not purchase a single item. Perhaps I'm tired of shopping..

Monday was a rainy day and again another day of fellowship with Zhen and Eemay. Was very comfortable having KFC for dinner though it was the 1st time I was meeting Eemay. Afterwards, headed off to Alliance Francaise for movie with Cass. Thoroughly enjoyed myself..

Tuesday was hectic~! Had to compile forecast and fuse was unpredictably much shorter. Thanks to Jeff for lending a listening ear. Was glad to just chat with you on the phone. Think I amused him too with the blunders I made.

Wednesday came and here I am sitting at my desk. Was feeling a little disappointed because of certain things that happened but took comfort in the fact that my students are going to miss me. It was very touching when they said they want to petition for me to continue teaching them next year. Ah..poignant moment you may think. This class is the last class in the entire level but nevertheless being the smallest class of only 17 students for my subject, it has been a cosy time teaching them. Albeit I still can't believe I've taught some of them since Secondary 1. They are growing up while I'm growing old...seems sentimental but perhaps it really has to do with my mood today. The sky's overcast and there's a downpour. Perhaps they are tears of sorrow...

* * *

Hm, upon reflection, I realise that it's my friends who have been there for me. Thanks to those of you who are reading this. You have been very patient in putting up with me and listening to my grouses. =)
